What we collect

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising pixels. We collect personal information in two ways: what you choose to send us directly (for example, when you email us via one of the addresses or links on this site, including [email protected] or any of the category-specific enquiry links), and what you provide if you sign up for our newsletter.

Direct emails to us may include your name, email address, and whatever else you include in your message — for example, details about yourself as an athlete or creator, or about your brand or organisation, if you're enquiring about a partnership. The newsletter signup form collects only your email address.

Newsletter sign-up

If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address is stored and managed using Brevo, a third-party email marketing platform that acts as our data processor for this purpose. Brevo's own data processing agreement covers transfers of UK personal data. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter email, or by emailing [email protected] and asking us to remove you.

Where it's stored

Emails sent to us are held in our Google Workspace mailbox, with Google acting as our email processor. Newsletter sign-ups are held in Brevo, as described above. This website itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may process standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) as part of ordinary website hosting and security, independent of anything you submit to us directly.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to manage our relationship with you, respond to your enquiry, or meet a legal or accounting obligation. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us and we'll action this unless we have a legitimate reason to retain it.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, you have rights under data protection law (including UK GDPR) to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
