Privacy Policy
East & 11th ("we", "us", "our") represents athletes, creators and brands across sponsorship, brand partnerships and event-based activations. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it.
Who we are
East & 11th is based in London, United Kingdom. If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
We keep this deliberately simple. This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising pixels. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us directly — for example, when you email us via one of the addresses or links on this site (including [email protected] or any of the category-specific enquiry links).
This may include your name, email address, and whatever else you include in your message — for example, details about yourself as an athlete or creator, or about your brand or organisation, if you're enquiring about a partnership.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry
- To assess and progress a potential representation, partnership, or Academy enquiry
- To keep basic records of our correspondence with you
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Where it's stored
Emails sent to us are held in our Google Workspace mailbox. Google acts as our email processor for this purpose. This website itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may process standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) as part of ordinary website hosting and security, independent of anything you submit to us directly.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to manage our relationship with you, respond to your enquiry, or meet a legal or accounting obligation. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us and we'll action this unless we have a legitimate reason to retain it.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, you have rights under data protection law (including UK GDPR) to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the business grows — for example, if we later introduce analytics, a working contact form, or additional third-party tools. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
